  • We facilitate task assignments but do not directly employ errand runners.

3. Account Responsibility

  • Employers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • All activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Payment Terms

  • Employers are required to pay for services as agreed upon during task assignment.
  • Payments must be made through the authorized payment channels provided by Asapp Errands.

5. Task Assignments

  • Employers must provide clear, accurate, and lawful instructions for tasks.
  • Errand runners reserve the right to decline tasks they consider unsafe, inappropriate, or beyond agreed-upon terms.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • Asapp Errands is a mediator and not liable for any disputes or issues arising directly between employers and errand runners.
  • Employers agree to release Asapp Errands from liability for any damages, losses, or claims related to tasks performed.

7. Prohibited Activities

Employers must not use the platform for:

  • Illegal or fraudulent tasks.
  • Tasks that involve harassment, discrimination, or unethical practices.

8. Termination of Account

  • Asapp Errands reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

9. Feedback and Ratings

  • Employers can provide feedback on errand runners after tasks are completed.
  • Feedback must be honest and fair. False or defamatory reviews are prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Asapp Errands may update these terms at any time. Employers will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
